Almost any floor plan can be redesigned to a earth building and we offer design assistance from some of the leading sustainable architects in the nation to accomplish this. This is my first custom home, what should I expect?

DDC is sensitive to the needs of the client. We understand the stress involved in the construction of a new home and our staff will be with you every step of the way from design to hand over. We encourage our clients to familiarize themselves on the process.

I want to use my own builder.

No Problem. We work with builders and Contractors all the time. We understand that constructing a earthen building is unique and we offer assistance in the design and earthen construction elements such as; Rammed Earth, Adobe & Compressed Earth block (CEB) manufacturing and erection, as well as assistance with Natural Lime Plaster installation.
